GIMS runs on modern technology, such as Windows, .NET, HA (high availability 7X24) Oracle and SQL Server. GIMS provides facilities for the establishment and administration of property and casualty portfolios, covering a wide variety of lines of business. The system is immediate, keeping all of the entered information fully inter-related through the database to ensure smooth operations, auditability and recovery of the insurance company's information processes.

The Client View database is updated in a real-time mode, and is therefore kept absolutely current. All data is available for online viewing. Customer Inquiry and Business Intelligence capability is available to let managers produce their own reports. A security & audit system controls access to the application as well as authorized functions for each staff member. In this way, GIMS remains totally under management control.
